Our engineers have a proven track record in designing, developing and deploying mission-support solutions and information assurance products, leveraging an in-depth understanding of communications protocols. STRATUS' key focus areas include cellular, satellite, network communications, encryption and other communication technologies, as well as commercial and governmental protocol standards.

We have extensive experience in developing applications in both private and public sector production environments. Our engineers have designed, coded, and deployed using multiple languages, across a variety of target platforms, for projects involving a wide variety of scope and effort. Recent projects, for instance, have involved developing distributed data processing applications in C/C++ and Java GUI development with GWT. Other projects have employed Java, Perl, and Python. Our work process emphasizes code modularity and reusability, and strict adherence to modern coding best practices.

Our senior personnel have served in leading roles for the development and analysis of current secure network standards, including HAIPE and Suite B IPsec. We design, implement, analyze and integrate IA solutions, such as high-assurance software and hardware, key management systems, and access control systems.

Our engineers have experience with using commercial M&S tools to develop and analyze the performance of a wide assortment of communication protocols, applications and networks, and in implementing interoperable protocols and products used in cellular, SATCOM, radio and wireline communication networks. We have also developed new commercial and government communication protocol interoperability standards.
